That\u2019s why I was thrilled to work with V\u00f6r\u00f6smarty Radio, and specifically with Zsuzsi Palk\u00f3, on a series dedicated to gathering ideas and development opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises. The goal is to help them operate more effectively and become better workplaces. The show offers insights from organizational development and tools often used by large corporations, presented in a short and straightforward format. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We begin by clarifying what organizational development really means, where and how an organizational development consultant can make a difference, and what can be done independently\u2014even starting tomorrow.
